SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) will ship within 24 hours. Business days do not reflect weekends or US Public Holidays.

If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. If your order is placed during a US Public Holiday it will ship the next business day.

All digital products ordered will be delivered immediately via email.

From Oct 1st to Jan 31st, couriers cannot guarantee shipping times and ETAs provided at checkout should only be considered a guide.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here are Body Elite KNS; we stand behind the amazing quality of our products. That’s why we try to make our returns policy as hassle-free as possible.
If you need to make a return, please email us at tc@bodyelitekns.com, including your order number and a description of why you want to return your products.
If the reason is due to receiving a faulty product, please include a high-quality picture of the fault so we can take it back to quality control and continue to improve!
We will exchange or refund your product if it follows these conditions:
-Products were purchased directly through www.bodyelitekns.com.
-Apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging.
-It was not a sale item. Sales are final on any promotional items sold on alphalion.com
-It is not a digital program. We do not provide refunds for any digital products unless stated on the product’s sales page.
- It's not a Limited Edition. Limited Editions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once received, we will verify your return, and if approved, all reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase minus Shipping. Please allow two billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
